Our Administrators
Mrs. Guerra is the Principal of William James Middle School. She brings 24 years of experience as the former Assistant Principal of North Side High School and Paschal High School. Principal Guerra joined Fort Worth ISD in 1999 as an administrative assistant.
From there, she became a Reading and AVID teacher. Principal Guerra has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University. She is currently finishing her Doctorate Degree from Tarleton State University.
Principal Guerra has made education a family affair. Her husband and two older sons all work in FWISD.
Meet William James's newest leadership member, Vice Principal Ashley James. Ms. James comes to us from an instructional background and is looking forward to implementing new lessons that will benefit all students. Welcome, Ms. James!
Dr. Olawale Rotimi is a familiar sight for students, parents, and the community due to his dedication to William James MS. As assistant principal, he keeps the school running smoothly and quickly deals with any issues that arise along the way. William James truly builds towards the future with his guidance.
